A week of singing in the sun on the Canary Islands

A singing retreat on one of the Canary Islands (Spain) 

Imagine this: you arrive on a lovely sunny and warm island. You walk into the accommodation and meet the people you will be singing with this week. You bring your things to your room, take a nap or explore the area, and then join the welcome dinner.

The whole week we’ll be singing a lot, but you’ll also have plenty of time to go to the beach, hike or snorkel, read a book or have a delicious meal at one of the Canarian restaurants. On Saturday, unfortunately, it’s time to pack your suitcase again and head home.

During the week you will have choir rehearsals and singing lessons, both individually and in a group. This way there is enough variety between developing your singing technique and enjoying singing together. Of course, there will also be performances. We’ll have open mics and we end the week with a public performance in which we perform both the choir repertoire we have learned and the solos.
